All of our Sphero products utilize rechargeable Lithium-Ion batteries as a power source. In designing our products, we made it a point to use the highest-quality, stable Lithium Ion batteries possible, optimized for a balance between safety and performance.

Sphero's Unsolicited Ideas Policy

Sphero’s Unsolicited Ideas Policy: Sphero appreciates your enthusiasm for our products and values your comments. However, our company policy does not allow us to accept or consider any unsolicited ideas, suggestions, comments, proposals, concepts, product enhancements, processes or materials (“submissions”). We have this policy in order to avoid potential misunderstandings when Sphero’s products might seem similar or identical to ideas submitted to us. If, despite knowing our policy, you still submit your ideas to Sphero, then the following terms shall apply to your submissions: You agree that your submissions and their contents will automatically become the property of Sphero, without any compensation to you or any third party: Sphero may use or redistribute the submissions for any purpose and in any way; Sphero has no obligation to review the submissions; and Sphero has no obligation to keep any submissions confidential. We welcome your feedback on our existing products and hope you will send it to us. If you do so, please only provide specific feedback on Sphero’s existing products and do not include ideas that our policy will not permit us to consider. We will treat any feedback you provide to us as non-confidential. Sphero will be free to use your feedback on an unrestricted basis, with no compensation to you or any third party.
