Do Sphero products contain Lithium Ion batteries?
All of our Sphero products utilize rechargeable Lithium-Ion batteries as a power source. In designing our products, we made it a point to use the highest-quality, stable Lithium Ion batteries possible, optimized for a balance between safety and performance.

Order and Shipping Info
When will my order ship? Where is my tracking number?
If you purchased a Sphero product that is currently in limited quantity through store.sphero.com, your place in line has been saved, and as soon as we receive more inventory, your payment method will be charged and your order shipped. Depending on demand, it may be up to a few weeks before your order ships.
You will receive tracking information as soon as your Sphero order starts its journey to your door.

How do I change my shipping address?
If you placed an order on our online store (store.sphero.com), you can change your shipping address up to the point when your payment method is charged. Depending on whether your product is in limited quantity or not, you may have either minutes or days to make this change.
To change your shipping address, please email the following details to support@sphero.com.
- New Shipping Address
- Sphero Store order # (check your inbox for your order confirmation email)
- The email address associated with the order
If your order has not already been charged and sent to our warehouse for shipping, we will be happy to edit your address.

What is Sphero’s return policy?
Sphero has a 12 month warranty that covers factory defects. If your Sphero is misbehaving, please contact our support staff at support@sphero.com.
Our experts can troubleshoot the challenge you’re encountering, and if a defect is discovered, we’ll make sure you have an operational product as quickly as possible.
